If there are defects, wrong items, or quantity shortages in the delivered products, please contact our designated support desk within 7 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will promptly arrange an exchange or other appropriate action. Note: Shipping and handling fees will be borne by us.

■ Address Changes After Purchase and Reshipment of Items Returned to Warehouse
If an address change is requested after shipment, or if an item is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address or absence, reshipping will incur an additional shipping fee. Please contact us via the “Inquiry Form.”

If payment for the reshipping fee is not completed within 14 days of the request, the order will be canceled. In such cases, the product price will not be refundable.
